Return PolicyJourneys with the Messiah accepts returns only for products that may have production flaws and/or products that are damaged in shipment. If you need to request a return, please provide your order number, name, email address, and the product you wish to return, along with an explanation for the return. If you do not have your order number, please indicate order date and the full name of person placing order. Journeys will send an authorization along with instructions.Refunds Once the return has been received and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card used to buy the merchandise. You will receive "credit approved" e-mail the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If after 30 days, you have still not received a credit please call the returns department at 1-850-231-6050. CancellationOnce placed, orders are non-cancellable as orders are immediately processed for payment and shipment to provide the fastest possible service. NOTE: • Upon receiving your order, please inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or defective product. If you receive a damaged product, do NOT accept the package. Have the shipper immediately return to sender. • If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender.
