When will my order arrive?
Most orders will arrive within 5 to 10 business days after your order has been processed.
Most orders are shipped within one business day but, however please allow 2 to 4 business days to process your order. This allows enough time to process your credit card payment through your financial institution.
Please note: When paying by check, your order may be held for up to 10 business days, so that funds can clear through your financial institution. If your order does not arrive within 30 days, there may be a problem due to inventory back-order or a problem with the mailing address.
Who will deliver my package?
Orders will be delivered via the most efficient shipping method available, which in most cases will be United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS). Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept requests for a specific shipping method.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipped confirmation e-mail, which will include your Tracking Number. To track your order, go to the carrier site at www.fedex.com or www.usps.com and enter your tracking number.
If your order does not arrive within 30 days, there may be a problem due to inventory backorder or a problem with the mailing address.
Requests for replacements or refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt of your returned package. Allow 7 - 14 days (not including delivery time for mail refunds) from when we accept your returned product for the processing of your credit. Please keep in mind the customer's bank has to post our credit in the billing cycle in which it was received; hence the number of days it takes for the credit to post to the customer's account can slightly vary depending on how quickly the customer's bank posts our refund.
Note: If you should receive the original order in the meantime, please let us know, and kindly return the extra shipment to our warehouse. We thank you for your cooperation and patience.
How do I track my package?

Note: When viewing your tracking information, please keep in mind that "accepted at 12345 zip code" means that your order was received by your USPS office before final delivery. Please contact USPS directly (or use the website link above) to further clarify your order status.
How is the shipping cost calculated?
Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. In accordance with the policies of the shipping companies used, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
Do you accept international orders?
